generally positive stay
central location warm welcome quiet room poor temperature control restrictive window guest complaints
the location was amazing, i thought. the welcome at reception was warm. the bar area was decorated nicely and had great views for people watching. the room was good and very quiet.
the temperature control in the room is poor, well actually useless. security and safety measures on the window is not fit for purpose, i believe. during my visit many guests were complaining about the same issues regarding the rooms being too hot to sleep.

wonderful stay!
perfect location friendly staff clean room nearby restaurants
this location was perfect for my last day. the hotel staff were friendly to me, and my room was super clean. i noticed loads of restaurants, public transport options, and places to shop nearby. it made getting around and finding something to eat very easy for me

train station clean room cozy decor small window faulty air conditioning missing phone
the location was amazing, it was steps from the train station. the room was very clean, and the room decor was cozy. i slept well .
the room was small, and the window was tiny. the air conditioning did not work well so i was cold. there was no phone in the room so it raised a safety concern.

Fantastic City Center Stay!
central location helpful staff clean room luggage storage
I found the location really good, steps from the main station and key attractions. The staff provided a warm welcome and were always ready to assist. The room was very clean and had sufficient space for my luggage. I appreciated the luggage storage facilities for early arrival and late departure.
The walls felt a bit thin, I could sometimes hear noises from the hallway. It wasn't a major issue but worth noting.

Staff members offered prompt and helpful service throughout my stay. Their responsiveness greatly contributed to a smooth experience. They provided clear directions and assistance. Assistance with luggage storage was also readily available.
